“Leadership is a continuing journey of learning, service, sacrifice, and responsibility. The attainment of this Ph.D. demonstrates that even after achieving considerable professional distinction, one must never become complacent about the pursuit of knowledge. High Chief Pondi has shown that excellence is not a destination; it is a continuous obligation.”
